Private bilingual communication and owner records for smaller communities.

Pricing
HOA NoticeBoard is priced as a communication and official-record tool, not full property-management software. Plans are based on the number of units in the community, so pricing stays stable even as owners, renters, board members, and managers change.
Why Units
Units are the most stable way to size an HOA, condo association, or planned community. Owner counts, renters, occupancy, and seasonal residents may change, but the association itself is defined by its units. Unit-based pricing also helps the community maintain owner access as properties sell, ownership changes, or additional recipients need access to official communication.
Included With Every Plan
The following features are included with every plan, regardless of community size.
Text-only notices are not counted against the attachment limit. HOA NoticeBoard is designed for normal community communication and recordkeeping.
Launch Pricing
Launch pricing is available to communities that sign up during the first launch year. The discounted rate applies for the community's first 12 months. Regular pricing begins in year two.
Annual payment options are available at checkout.

Included Access
Owners are not charged separately. Each plan includes private owner access for the community, so owners can view official notices, supporting attachments, recommended vendors, and current information in one place.
Included Publishers
Every plan includes up to 4 publisher accounts: 1 Administrator and 3 additional Board or Management publishers for official communication and owner-facing records.
Platform Fit
HOA NoticeBoard does not replace accounting, payment collection, access control, violation tracking, or a full maintenance ticketing system. It is designed to work alongside the systems your manager or board already uses, while giving owners one private bilingual place for official notices, current updates, supporting attachments, and recommended community resources.
Add-Ons
+$5/month each after 4 included
Add more publisher access for larger teams while keeping role responsibilities clear.
+$5/month
Adds capacity for 150 additional attachments.
Historical records are one of the most valuable parts of a well-run community platform. Archive Expansion Packs make long-term retention affordable for uploaded supporting files, so communities do not need to delete older attachments simply to make room for newer ones.
Current Purchase Path
Until Stripe is implemented, the current purchase flow still uses the existing email-based onboarding path for creating a real non-demo organization.
